Actually, things that we already know are Windows Phone 7.8 released date is in early 2013 and have 4 major featured. Now Nokia is revealed the special featured for their devices.
In Windows Phone 8, it has the LENS featured for their device, the LENS will give the special camera featured. And Nokia has offered the Smart Shoot, the Apps that can get rid of unwanted object in the photo, the CinemaGraph, the Apps that give the life to your photo, Bluetooth transferring(for DRM free media files), Contact transfer and sharing and Ringtone makers.
You can upgrade it first by get the Windows Phone 7.8 first, but please read the caution.
